Angel Hale, founder of Leading Ladies, is a gifted personal/life coach and highly sought motivational speaker. After 18 spectacular years of coaching, writing, and speaking, something even more incredible happened in her practice... In 2006, Angel suddenly became aware that the majority of her clients had something strikingly in common. She discovered that her clients, like her, are women who people had been drawn to for as long as they could remember.
She noted that these coaches, mentors, confidants, and nurturers possess a gift of leadership that is undeniable but which also tends to drain and deplete them. Many of these "Natural Born Leaders" have never received formal training on how to balance leadership with self-care—and even those who have often find that they are too busy nurturing others to take time to meet their own very real needs. All of these women realized at critical points in their life that they needed someone they could turn to—leading each to discover and hire Angel as their coach.
Angel is also a regular columnist for Empowerment4Women. Reach her at
